Welcome to the leaseholder portal operated by Nine Sutton Freehold Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing and using this portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the portal.

We provide this portal for leaseholders and authorised residents to access updates, building information.

Access is provided on a personal, non-transferable basis. You must keep the shared password secure and must not share your account with non residents.

We reserve the right to terminate access for everyone if we believe that a user has breached these terms or used the portal improperly.

2. User Responsibilities

  • Use the portal only for its intended purposes relating to the management of your property.
  • Not misuse or interfere with the operation or security of the portal.
  • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of information shared through the portal.

3. Communications

By using the portal, you agree that we may send you communications relevant to the management of your property (e.g., building updates).

These communications are considered part of our service obligations and not marketing communications.
